These extra rooms have been equipped and styled with versatility in mind. One has been fitted as a gym fully served with commercial grade equipment, mirror walls, rubber mat flooring, en suite bathroom with rain shower, travertine counter, and tempered glass shower doors. Also, you will find an office area with custom built-in wooden cabinetry and a large desk.
The other room is an Au Pair suite that can also be used as an additional suite for guests, or as an apartment for rent. It features an en suite bathroom, private entrance, and fully equipped kitchenette, washer & dryer, with plenty of cabinetry and large closets.
Wine Cellar
This jewel of a room is one of Casa De La Playa's most loved features. This wine cellar is custom-built to hold 750 bottles within redwood bays. It automatically maintains the perfect environment with a built-in humidor. The room is elegantly constructed with a red-brick dome ceiling that holds a wrought-iron chandelier and its treasures are kept secure by a custom-made wrought-iron door with a latched glass window. Without a doubt, a visitor's favorite.
